…Thursday a fire on the roof of Vancouver Federal Building damaged the roof and four HVAC units for the building. TSS responded and provided critical systems information to the Fire Department and helped secure the building after the Fire Department released the building. I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional efforts of Total System Services…Through TSS’ hard work and dedication GSA Region 10 has been able to realize significant savings in the areas of energy and water consumption at the William K. Nakamura Courthouse in Seattle, Washington. TSS’ day to day management of the building mechanical systems has resulted in an overall reduction in energy consumption of 38.19% and water consumption of 30.85% of the last year…these reductions are also responsible for the increasing the building’s Energy Star score from 68 to 72…EPA recently awarded us it’s Champion of Environmental Leadership and Green Government Award in the Energy and Water category…TSS’ efforts to reduce energy and water consumption played a significant role in positioning this building for this award.

The quality of the on-site staff and the repairs to the building performed are outstanding. The work is completed on or ahead of schedule and performed correctly the first time. There have not been any call backs because of poor quality work.
