Welcome to the Total System Services (“TSS”) Privacy Center — take a look around. You’ll learn how TSS treats your personal information, and as always, TSS is committed to gaining your trust.
The federal government and technology industry have developed practical tips to help you guard against Internet fraud, secure your computer and protect your personal information.
How TSS Uses Your Personal Information
This policy covers how TSS treats personal information that TSS collects and receives, including information related to your past use of TSS products and services. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that TSS does not own or control, or to people that TSS does not employ or manage.

TSS collects personal information when you register with TSS, when you use TSS products or services, and when you visit TSS pages. When you register we ask for information such as your name, address, email address, telephone/cell number and ZIP code. For some financial services such as equipment purchase loans we might also ask for your Social Security number and information about your assets. When you register with TSS and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
TSS does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
- We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process (such as law enforcement requests), or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
TSS does not set and access cookies on your computer. We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the TSS service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TSS Newsletter, that are considered part of your TSS account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
You can delete your TSS account by visiting our Account Deletion page. Please click here to read about information that might possibly remain in our archived records after your account has been deleted.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY
We limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.
We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
TSS may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your TSS account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
