We thought you might like to hear what our customers are saying about Total System Services Heating and air conditioning. Following are comments from just a few of our customers who have had TSS replace furnaces or air conditioners for them over the past several years:
Doris Tallman writes: "Ken, I just want to tell you thank you for such a awesome company, including yourself to do business with. We had always done business with A-1 Heating and Cooling through out the years, only to be turned down when we were in desperate need for someone to fix our furnace this last winter. We were very cold, and in our later years that could be a bad thing. Our daughter Lorri Morris whom has delt with Total Systems the past years with filters, told us to call them. They had someone out in 30 minutes, that was great. He fixed the furnace and we were warm again. Not so long ago, the furnace gave out, once again Total Systems were right there to meet our needs. We chose not to fix the furnace becasue it was 15 years old, so we had Total Systems put in a new one. Everything was done in one day, including having you come out to extend payi ng for the furance, of which was a year. Bob and I want to thank you for m aking this process so easy, and for you and Total Systems being so kind and working with us however we wanted to. Thanks again from the bottom of our hearts.
Shirley writes: "My husband and I want youto know what a professional, highly skilled and customer service oriented person you have on your staff. Baldo Guzman has assisted us recently in repair of a leak and adding a vent. He took the time to trouble shoot the problem and fix it to avoid future problems. He is truly an aset to your company. It is rare these days to find a technician and service company that actually cares about service and getting it done right."
Nikki says, "I am very pleased with Mike Wolken's work. He is very knowledgeable and very nice. Mike went above and beyond the call of duty. I have a 5 year old boy who had lots of questions and Mike took the time to answer them all by walking him through everything that he was doing."
