"Ken, I just want to tell you thank you for having such an awesome company, including yourself, to do business with. We had always done business with A-1 Heating and Cooling through out the years, only to be turned down when we were in desperate need for someone to fix our furnace this last winter. We were very cold, and in our later years that could be a bad thing. 

Our daughter Lorri Morris, who has dealt with Total Systems in the past years with filters, told us to call them. They had someone out in 30 minutes, that was great. He fixed the furnace and we were warm again. Not so long ago, the furnace gave out, once again Total Systems was right there to meet our needs. We chose not to fix the furnace becasue it was 15 years old, so we had Total Systems put in a new one.  Everything was done in one day, including having you come out to extend paying for the furance. Bob and I want to thank you for making this process so easy, and for you and Total Systems being so kind and working with us however we wanted to.

"I had a problem with my furnace and called Carolyn to schedule a time for a technician to come out to my house.  She was very friendly over the phone and let me know that someone should be available later that day.  As she had promised, Carolyn followed up with me a few hours later to confirm that a technician was in the area and would be contacting me shortly.
